The pulse of the game changed entirely after a 3-pointer by North Carolina?s Donald Williams, a missed shot by Michigan?s Jalen Rose, and then Derrick?s Phelps? lay-up putting the Tar Heels in the lead. Shocked and confused by the turnaround and the noise of the screaming crowd, Michigan?s Webber attempts to call a time out in the remaining 11 seconds of the game.
